CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the date of acceptance by and between Saral Matdaan ("Disclosing Party") and the viewer of this website ("Receiving Party").

1. Purpose

The Receiving Party wishes to review confidential information related to Saral Matdaan's business plans, technical information, and proprietary data ("Confidential Information") for the purpose of evaluating the business opportunity.

2. Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:

• Business plans and strategies
• Financial projections and data
• Technical specifications and designs
• Product roadmaps
• Market analyses
• Competitive analyses
• Customer and partner information
• Any other information marked as confidential or that would reasonably be understood to be confidential

3. Obligations of Receiving Party

The Receiving Party agrees to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information
• Not disclose any Confidential Information to any third party
• Not use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than evaluating the business opportunity
• Take reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure or use of Confidential Information

4. Term

The obligations of this Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of six (6) months from the date of acceptance.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.
